100-YEAR RESTORATION

June 7th, 2019 by North Park Theatre

Let the sun shine through!

After 6 years of planning, we only had 10 days of theater downtime to demolish our lobby ceiling, rewire our electricity, restore our proscenium mural, fix our hot water tank, strip our marble, add finishing touches, and make the theatre look immaculate for our reveal party.

Somehow, Swiatek Studios, Abraxas WNY, Peyton Barlow Construction, Flynn Battaglia Architects, Reddin Construction, and many others pulled off a miracle.

And we’re still not done — stay tuned for updates on our exterior work, which we hope to finish this summer.

THANK YOU to the NY Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation, Richard W. Rupp, John R. Oishei, Ralph C. Wilson Jr. and Margaret L. Wendt foundations, Joel Feroleto and his late predecessor, Michael LoCurto, and our many online donors for making this possible!
